1. Preservation and standards on board<\/h3>\n\n

1.1 Protection of materials:<\/strong> It is forbidden to bring in outside food or drink without prior approval. This rule aims to guarantee the integrity and hygiene of luxury finishes (upholstery, teak and carpets). <\/p>\n\n

1.2 Smoking Policy:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the bathing platform (stern). Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. <\/p>\n\n

1.3 Restriction on liquids:<\/strong> Drinks with an intense color (red wine, port, red fruit juices and similar) are not allowed on board due to the high risk of permanent damage to materials and fabrics.<\/p>\n\n

1.4. Pets :<\/strong> Pets are not allowed on board.<\/p>\n\n

2. Shipping Logistics (Base Ports)<\/h3>\n\n

2.1 Departure points:<\/strong> Our charters start and end exclusively at the defined base ports: Sesimbra, Set\u00fabal, Troia or Albufeira<\/strong>, as selected and confirmed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n

2.2 Punctuality:<\/strong> Check-in must take place 30 minutes before<\/strong> the scheduled time. Delays on the part of the client do not imply an extension of the contracted service hours, so as not to compromise the ship’s logistics. <\/p>\n\n

2.3 Disembarkation logistics:<\/strong> Disembarkation must take place at the original port of departure, unless agreed in advance in writing by both parties.<\/p>\n\n

3. Boat Use and Comfort<\/h3>\n\n

3.1. Full Use:<\/strong> All charters include access to social areas and cabins (according to the booking plan). Pre- and post-service professional cleaning is included in the price of the booking, guaranteeing a standard of excellence with no additional cleaning fees. <\/p>\n\n

3.2 Extra Services:<\/strong> Requests for personalized catering, specific drinks or other concierge requests must be confirmed and awarded at least 48 hours before the event.<\/p>\n\n

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n

4.1. Cancellation deadlines (Customer):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  • More than 7 days before the date:<\/strong> Full refund (minus any administrative transaction costs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Between 6 and 3 days before the date:<\/strong> 50% refund of the total amount of the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Less than 72 hours or No-Show:<\/strong> No refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    4.2 Cancellation by the Company:<\/strong> Arrabida Yacht Charter reserves the right to cancel the service for reasons of safety (unfavorable weather conditions), technical breakdown or force majeure. In these cases, a new date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered. <\/p>\n\n

    5. Liability, Insurance and Legality<\/h3>\n\n

    5.1 Operating Entity:<\/strong> The operation is carried out by Following Emotions, Lda<\/strong>, registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNAAT no. 73\/2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    5.2 Insurance:<\/strong> The company has all the insurances required by Portuguese legislation for Maritime-Tourism activities (Civil Liability and Personal Accidents).<\/p>\n\n

    5.3 Damage<\/strong> due to Negligence:<\/strong> Any damage caused to the vessel by negligent, deliberate action or antisocial behavior by the client or guests will be quoted and charged in full to the reservation holder.<\/p>\n\n

    5.4 Captain’s authority:<\/strong> The Captain’s instructions are final and sovereign in all matters involving the safety of navigation, passengers and the integrity of the vessel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
